You can submit your site for free listing in these resources though some of them require a reciprocal link. Most of them also offer enhanced listing for a small fees. Submitting your website for listing in directories requires some time and effort but it is well worth it because when search engines find more incoming links to your site, they tend to crawl your site more often and it may also get a higher ranking as well.
